Conference fees will cover accommodation for 6 nights (January 4-9), food from January 4 (dinner) to January 9 (dinner), conference materials and proceedings.
Conference fees will need to be paid by October 15, 2010.

Accompanying Persons
Accommodation for accompanying persons cannot be guaranteed. However we shall try to accommodate a very limited number of accompanying persons. We shall inform you of the possibility of accommodating accompanying persons within a week of submitting this form.
A fixed amount of US$ 500 (for a person from outside India) or INR 10,000/- (for a person from India) will be charged for each accompanying person. This will cover accommodation, food for the duration of the Conference and participation in cultural programme. Remittance for accompanying persons should be sent if and when we confirm their accommodation.
The organizing committee will not be able to make any arrangement for pre and post conference tour and stay
